KEY ACCOUNT JR/PROJECT MANAGER

The role of KEY ACCOUNT JR. is an excellent opportunity for someone who is starting out in the world of digital agencies and enjoys the realm of Content Creators Management/Influencer marketing/creative economy. We are looking for a junior professional (with one to two years of experience), bilingual (Spanish-English) residing in Cali and responsible for managing talents and clients, developing projects, and co-creating successful campaigns.

What you will do:

  • Manage relationships.

  • Study and validate project proposals for talents.

  • Present and follow up on submitted offers. Estimate necessary resources and deadlines.

  • Develop and implement a plan and process for projects.

  • Specify and evaluate the quality of deliverables.

  • Manage any risks, issues, or changes that may arise along the way.

  • Oversee progress until completion.

What you need:

  • Degree in social communication, advertising, and/or marketing.

  • Recent graduate or 1 year of experience.

  • Reside in Cali, Colombia.

  • Bilingual: Spanish and English. Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Calendar).

MARKETING & COMMUNICATION ANALYST

The role within marketing and communication is ideal for those who enjoy the world of Content Creators Management, Influencer marketing, and the creative economy.

We are seeking a professional in marketing, graphic design, industrial design, advertising, either recent graduate or with 1 year of experience, bilingual (Spanish-English). Here, you will have the opportunity to get involved in key functions such as digital marketing, content and script creation, graphic design, presentation development, and above all, expressing your creativity to the fullest.

What you will do

  • Digital marketing strategies for social media, including creation and execution of monthly content calendars.

  • Video creation.

  • Digital trend research. Monthly social media results reporting.

  • Design of various graphic pieces as required by the agency.

  • Design and development of sales presentations.

  • Creative scriptwriting for content creators.

  • Email marketing.

  • Regular website updates.

  • Support in communication documents for different areas of the agency.

What you need

  • Professional background in marketing, graphic design, industrial design, advertising, or related fields.

administrative assistant

The administrative assistant is responsible for efficiently coordinating and maintaining all relevant administrative information for operations in the United States and Colombia.

Main Functions

Management of general administrative information

Management of projects and all administrative activities

Understand the processes required to manage information involving administrative activities, cash inflows, and outflows. Operations are primarily based in the USA with part of the operations in Colombia:

  • Updating and recording personal income and expenses in COP.

  • Updating and recording company income and expenses in COP.

  • Data entry in the Siigo accounting program (personal income and expenses).

  • Data entry in the Siigo accounting program (company income and expenses).

  • Issuing electronic invoices (Company).

  • Drafting and reviewing contracts.

  • Keeping track of tax calendars (VAT and simple tax declarations) for the company.

  • Keeping track of tax calendars (income tax declaration) for personal accounts.

  • Accounts receivable reporting.

  • Accounts receivable collection.

  • Creating supplier accounts for clients (sending the company’s legal documentation).

Suppliers and other contractors: Taxes and accounting, tools, access, and software that support the implementation and best practices of each activity or project.

Calendars and important dates: Tax, administrative, due dates for payments to suppliers, accounts payable or receivable, documented and visible.

  • Reconciliation and extraction of information for document, software, and report updates.

  • Banks in the United States and Colombia: business and personal accounts.

  • Management of monthly reports:

    • General expenses and cash flow, CMR

  • Determining sources of income: commissions, monetization, and other projects.

  • Commissions/income

  • Expenses

  • Cash flow

  • Other administrative tasks

  • Monetizations

  • Contract adjustments for payments and customer or supplier data

  • Filing general and central information of customers and suppliers

  • Invoicing/accounts receivable/accounts payable, according to the cut-off days or payment Fridays. Take into account the dates of the information handled to ensure proper tracking.

  • Personal check-ins

  • Flight bookings

  • Proactively and responsibly identifying any report or information order needed or handled by the administrative assistant.
